A year-12 student at King David High in Manchester has earned the school £4,000 after winning a news quiz run by the Financial Times.
Florence Conway, 17, answered all questions correctly and wrote the best tie-breaker in the competition for schools.
As well as winning a prize for King David, Florence will herself receive £300 in vouchers and the chance to spend a day at the FT.
She said. “I am really excited to take up the fantastic opportunity to experience the world of banking and finance.”
