The independent Beth Jacob Grammar School for girls in Hendon has satisfied inpsectors’ requirements a year and a half after being rated inadequate.
Ofsted said “suitable curriculum” plans were now in place for all areas of learning at the school and its premises were adequate to meet a projected rise in pupils from 246 to 280.
The inspection service had recognised improvements on a follow-up visit last autumn but wanted evidence of further progress.
After another visit a few weeks ago Ofsted said that senior staff now “have a good knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
“They, together with the proprietors, have been successful in addressing the remaining unmet parts of the standards that were highlighted at the last progress monitoring inspection in September 2017.”
