Tough draw for Maccabi Tel Aviv

Maccabi Tel Aviv have been handed the toughest possible Champions League draw in the second qualifying round.

Seeded in the strong half of the draw, the the Ligat Ha’Al winners will play Hungarian champions Gyori - the highest ranked unseeded team.

In the Europa League second qualifying round Ligat Ha'al runners-up Maccabi Haifa have been drawn against Malta's Sliema Wanderers or Khazar Lankaren of Azerbaijan with the Israeli leg first.

Hapoel Tel Aviv play Zagora of Bulgaria with the away leg first.
