Leeds Jewish Housing Association held an afternoon tea party to celebrate the 100th birthday of tenant Joseph Simon. The party was held at the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Community Centre. The LJHA also inaugurated a “Birthday Garden” which was opened by the Lord Mayor, Councillor Frank Robinson, who planted a rose bush in honour of Mr Simon.
