A summer tea party for 150 guests raised more than £3,000 for Action Duchenne, the national charity for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive and life-limiting muscle-wasting condition. The event was organised by Yvonne Hay and family friend Abbie Silverman, whose son Thomas has the disease.
