Shul In The Park held a special kiddush to show its appreciation to the nursing and care staff at the Neward Care Burnfield Nursing Home. After the service at the Giffnock shul, the visitors and congreagation were treated to a hot cholent and kugel. Rabbi Mendel Jacobs, minister of the Orthodox synagogue, said: "It is an important part of the teachings of Judaism and the Torah to show gratitude and appreciation to others."
