Method:
- Place your chicken on a large tray.
- Evenly spread your herbs, garlic cloves, and cubes of lemon throughout.
- Generously add salt and pepper.
- Pour olive oil to cover your ingredients.
- Roast at 190C for 45 minutes.
- Accompany with roast potatoes (which take about the same amount of time to cook!).
