● Blend the pineapple juice, pineapple, martini and sugar in a blender/food processor.
● Mix the mango puree, lemon juice and vodka in a bowl.
● Put the ice cubes into 4 glasses, then divide the mango cocktail equally between them.
● Pour a quarter of the pineapple cocktail on each one.
● Decorate each cocktail with the seeds of half a passion fruit.
