150g hazelnuts
150g pecans
1 orange, grated zest
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pack filo pastry, approx.350g or 20 sheets
150-200g salted butter, melted
Syrup
300g caster sugar
300ml water
120g honey
2 tbsp orange blossom water
