● Half a melon peeled, seeded and diced plus extra for garnish if required ● 2 peeled kiwis ● 120ml vodka ● 4 tsp mint liqueur ● Juice from one lemon ● 4 tbsp sugar ● 12 ice cubes
Method
● Blend all the ingredients in a food processor apart from the ice cubes until smooth – there will still be kiwi seeds.
● Divide the ice cubes between 4 glasses and pour the cocktail mix over them.
● You can use a melon baller to make melon balls to add to the cocktail if you like.
