According to BBC News, someone called Ron Prosser (as the channel's ticker tape puts it) has been into the FCO to speak about what's been happening in Dubai.
Who is he? Why is the FCO interested in his views? Surely they should be speaking to the Israeli Ambassador, Ron Prosor.
