The tough economic times might be on most people's minds at the moment, but there is one sector which is about to enjoy a massive boom. Kosher caterers are soon to be booked solid for months.
The departure of Ron Prosor, and the arrival of a successor, will lead to a marathon round of 'goodbye' and then 'hello' parties. Mr Prosor's supreme competence will be badly missed - but at least there will be one group within the community celebrating his departure.
