A friend of mine in Phoenix sent me this:
The hot new publication in Phoenix is called The Slammer - a 12-page weekly filled with the mugshots of everybody arrested
in Maricopa county that week, captioned with the names and pending charges.
There is some fine print to clarify that all of them are innocent until proven
guilty.
