Uefa has charged the Bosnian FA with racism over a series of ugly anti-Israel incidents before and during Israel's Euro 2016 qualifier in Zenica last Friday.

Hundreds of Bosnian fans demonstrated outside the Israeli team's hotel, stamping on an Israeli flag and chanting antisemitic slogans. As a result of the intimidation, the Israeli team bus was given a substantial police escort.

Before the game, which Israel lost 3-1, the Israeli national anthem could not be heard due to the loud booing. Pro-Palestinian chanting was heard throughout the game.
