The suspects, Arab youths aged between 15 and 20, are believed to have hurled stones at a car on Thursday evening in the Armon Hanatziv area of Jerusalem.
Two-year-old Abigail Ben-Zion, who was travelling inside the car with her family at the time, suffered head injuries. According to paramedics who took her to Hadassah University Medical Centre, she was not fully conscious at the scene of the incident, but her condition later improved.
