The supporters previously displayed a large banner reading “Free Palestine” during the Champions League match against Atlético Madrid in November.
The latest banner in Munich could potentially lead to a 10,000 euro fine for PSG.
The UEFA bans the use of gestures, words, objects or any other means to express a provocative message that is judged unfit for a sporting event, particularly content of a political, ideological, religious or offensive nature.
As of Sunday morning, 559 people have been arrested in Paris after PSG fans clashed with the police amid wild celebrations.
Bus shelters were smashed, cars were torched, flares and fireworks were set off and bottles were thrown at riot police who deployed tear gas to control the crowds.
The Minister of the Interior, Bruno Retailleau, said “barbarians have taken to the streets of Paris”.
The riots broke out near the city's Champs-Elysees avenue and PSG's Parc des Princes stadium, where nearly 50,000 supporters gathered to watch the final on big screens.
French media have reported that there have been two deaths - one in Paris and the other in Dax - and 192 injuries.

A 17-year-old was stabbed to death in the southwestern town of Dax amid a gathering to celebrate the victory, while an adult riding a scooter died after being hit by a car in the southwest of Paris.
Around 5,400 police were deployed across the French capital in anticipation of the chaotic celebrations.
Most of those detained were suspected of possessing fireworks and causing disorder, according to the Paris police.
"Troublemakers on the Champs-Elysees were looking to create incidents and repeatedly came into contact with police by throwing large fireworks and other objects," police said in a statement.
