Kuwait bans 'Death on the Nile' because of Israeli actress Gal Gadot

The Kuwaiti government has announced that they are banning an Agatha Christie film from cinemas in the country because of the appearance of Israeli actress Gal Gadot in the movie.

Death on the Nile, a remake of the Agatha Christie classic directed by Kenneth Branagh, is set to be released in the UK later this week but millions of Kuwaitis will miss out after the country's information ministry banned the film from all cinemas in the Arab emirate.
