Israel has sent a medical team to Belarus following a bomb blast in the country’s capital which left at least 12 people dead.
More than 200 people were wounded, many of them critically, following the explosion of a radio-controlled device in an underground train carriage on Monday evening.

The team of nine, expected to be in Minsk by tomorrow morning, includes trauma specialists and forensic experts.
Israel’s Foreign Ministry announced that it would send aid following a request from the Belarusian authorities.
