Iman Pahlavi, the New York-based granddaughter of Iran’s last monarch Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, married Jewish American businessman Bradley Sherman in Paris over the weekend.

Nearly a month after the couple officially tied the knot in a casual New York City courthouse ceremony, the princess and her partner of over four years celebrated their marriage with a formal wedding in Paris, attended by several prominent Iranian figures including members of the royal family.

Pahlavi, 31, announced her engagement to Sherman in August 2023, though the pair were first introduced through friends in 2017.

Sherman, head of partnerships at commercial drone delivery company Matternet, according to his LinkedIn, reportedly comes from a Jewish family.
