Donald Trump has said that he will make a decision about whether to joint the war against the Iranian regime in the ‘next two weeks’

Addressing reporters at the White Houst last night, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on behalf of the president: “Based on the fact that there's a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks."

There has been growing speculation as to whether Trump would join Israel’s war on the Iranian nuclear programme, with the President refusing to commit to any concrete plans.

US involvement in the war is considered necessary to destroy the remaining Iranian nuclear facility at Fordow, which is buried far underground and can only be destroyed using the highest class of ‘bunker buster’ bombs – held exclusively by the US military.
