A video has emerged of an Atlanta Jewish politician whose daughter was stabbed to death by terrorists being abused by his neighbours trying to justify her death.
State senate candidate David Lubin's daughter, Rose, was a border police officer in Israel and was on duty in Jerusalem when she was murdered by Arab terrorists in 2023.
Just a month before she died, she heroically fought off Hamas militants as they attacked a kibbutz during the October 7 massacre.
Since his daughter's death, Lubin is reported to have faced unwelcome attention from his neighbours, Anna Bouzyk and her husband, Mark Bouzyk.
Last year, the couple erected placards in their garden which read, "We stand with Palestine", "End the occupation" and "Stop funding war criminals," in bold white writing. Next to the letters the word "k**e" was scribbled 24 times.
Lubin has put up stickers on his house to commemorate his daughter which he has claimed are regularly torn down by the Bouzyks.
Footage uploaded to social media of the Bouzyks’ latest interaction with the grieving father shows them attempting to justify his daughter's death. Anna Bouzyk said: “She was there to murder... she was in there to kill... she was the terrorist.”
She then called Lubin a "F***ing k**e".
Lubin pressed her on why she called him the derogatory term to which she replied: "What is wrong with that?"
"Are you an educated enough of a k**e to know what a k**e means?"
Lubin explained to her that the word was antisemitic.
Bouzyk replied: “I am a Semite. My family comes from North Africa.
“I have Jew friends.”

The footage also showed Mark Bouzyk arguing that Lubin could not say his daughter was murdered. He said: "A soldier in combat [is] murdered. Really?"
Rose Lubin was not a soldier; she was a police officer.

After the encounter, as reported by World Israel News, Lubin said: “This is what antisemitism looks like in real life.
“Today, they still keep their pro-Palestine signs up… but rip down my Rose stickers whenever they see them. When I tried to replace one, they screamed at me — right there on my own street.”
“It’s exhausting. It’s scary. And it’s a reminder: Hate isn’t some faraway problem — it’s here, staring us in the face. If we turn away, it wins. If we stay silent, it grows.”
