His Majesty King Charles III has made an undisclosed donation to World Jewish Relief to support its ongoing relief efforts in Ukraine.

The UK-based humanitarian charity has assisted over 375,000 individuals across nearly 400 towns and cities in Ukraine since Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022.

The organisation’s efforts have included mental health support, livelihood recovery, and the repair of homes damaged by drone and missile strikes. They have also aided 14,000 Ukrainian refugees in the UK with English language training and employment support.

King Charles has been involved with World Jewish Relief since 2002, following a visit to the Jewish community in Krakow – and has served as patron since 2015.
