Three-year-old in hospital after car crash in Stamford Hill

A three-year-old boy was taken to hospital after a car crash in Stamford Hill this morning.

Volunteers from Jewish emergency service Hatzola attended the scene at which two cars collided near the junction with Leaside Road and Warwick Grove. According to the Shomrim, Hatzola treated the child at the scene.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Two cars had been in collision. A small child travelling in the back of one of the vehicles was taken to an east London hospital. At this time the child is not believed to have been seriously injured."
