A 26-year-old man from Stamford Hill has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and attempted sexual assault following a police appeal for information last week.
He attended a police station in North London on Sunday in connection with two incidents on buses in Hackney earlier this year and last year.
He has been bailed to a date early next month while enquiries continue.
