A supporter of Southampton football team has been questioned on suspicion of racist behaviour at last weekend's Premier League match with Tottenham Hotspur.

The 57-year-old was reported to police by two fellow Southampton fans during Sunday's game at White Hart Lane.

He was arrested and questioned by officers on suspicion of a "racially aggravated" offense.

The man was bailed until May 19, pending further investigation.
