Judges Greg Wallace and John Torode will oversee the programme as always, where contestants will initially compete in groups of five. Those who go through will then face a series of gruelling tasks, including cooking for paying customers.
Also joining the six-week series is Paul Daniels’s widow Debbie McGee, singer Patti Boulaye and tennis player Henri Leconte.
The 90-minute finale will see three finalists facing the Chef's Table - led by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton.
Ms Stevens has had previous success in a TV contest - she came second on Strictly Come Dancing in 2008.
