The election expert behind Stats for Lefties, an influential left-wing polling analysis site, has claimed that the “antisemitism crisis” in Britain was “invented by the Zionist lobby”.
Eleanora Ní Chualáin, who gained national attention for predicting the Greens’ win in the recent Gorton and Denton by-election, claimed that allegations of antisemitism were being fabricated to “crush any materially significant movement that challenges ‘Israel’”.
Replying to a post from former Green Party MP Caroline Lucas condemning antisemitism, following allegations that 25 of the party’s local election candidates had amplified “false flag” conspiracy theories about attacks on Jews or expressed support for terrorism, Ní Chualáin called Lucas a “pathetic melt” for issuing her statement.
"You face a little bit of pressure and instantly capitulate,” she wrote.
"Thank god we slung your faction out of the leadership. Your boy [former party leader] Adrian [Ramsey] would currently be on his knees begging the Board of Deputies for forgiveness. Instead, we got Zack [Polanski].”
Following criticism online, including allegations that she was excusing antisemitism, Ní Chualáin added: “Anti-Zionists, Muslims, socialists, social liberals and queers have been cast out of every major party. And now, as we turn to the one party we thought would accept us (Greens) some want to drive us out for a pat on the head from the feral Zionist press.
"The ‘antisemitism crisis’ is an entirely constructed moral panic, invented by the Zionist lobby and their servile allies in Downing Street and the rabid dogs of the press.
"Its sole objective is to crush any materially significant movement that challenges ‘Israel’. It's a scam.”
And, signing off following her reply to Lucas, she said: “Anyway, victory to the Iranian nation, free Palestine from imperial colonisers, and abolish Israel.
“And f*** Zionism, especially the disgusting, repulsive Zionist faction in the Green Party. You're gonna lose, you pathetic genocide apologists.”
Ní Chualáin has since pinned the latter post to the top of her X profile and re-shared some of her comments on her professional profile, the official Stats for Lefties page.
The JC has contacted Ní Chualáin and Stats for Lefties for comment.
