Nigella Lawson returns to our television screens next week with a brand new BBC series. Nigella: At My Table starts on BBC 2 on October 30, with the first episode set to include Turkish-inspired eggs and the classic dessert, Queen Of Puddings.

Coincidentally (or perhaps not), the 57-year-old also has a new book to promote and is currently travelling around the country doing book signings of At My Table.

In an interview with The Times last week, she revealed her tip for a new trend to hit foodies. According to Lawson, the leaves of the pandan, a tropical plant from southeast Asia, will be the next big thing. “I think it’s going to be the new matcha,” she said.
