The Moroccan ambassador to Britain has pledged her country's commitment to achieving justice following the death of a British Jew in a cafe bomb in Marrakesh last week.

In a letter of condolence sent to the Jewish Chronicle, Princess Lalla Joumala expressed her sorrow at the "tragic passing" of former JC contributor Peter Moss, who was killed at the age of 59.

She wrote: "In my own personal capacity and on behalf of the Government and the people of Morocco, to express my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to all his friends and family.
