Two Jewish candidates taking part in The Apprentice business show have survived the first round of eliminations.
Daniel Lassman, 27, and 23-year-old Ella Jade Bitton progressed to the next round after company director Chiles Cartwright was fired by Lord Sugar.
In the first episode, aired on BBC One on Tuesday night, Mr Lassman and Ms Bitton went head-to-head as the 20 candidates were split into teams of men and women.
Candidates were given the task of selling products – including coffee, sausages, flowers and balloons – to shoppers across London, including Greenwich and London Zoo.
