Jeff Goldblum was last seen battling runaway dinosaurs in the latest instalment of Jurassic Park.
But his next artistic outing will show a different side of the actor’s talents: in November Decca Records are releasing his debut album as a jazz pianist, The Capitol Studio Sessions.
He and his band, the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, run through jazz favourites with comic Sarah Silverman guest vocalist on Me and My Shadow.
When he's not on set, he hosts a weekly jazz variety show in Los Angeles.
He'll be touring Europe in November to mark the release of the album with dates at the London Jazz Festival and Ronnie Scott's.
