A rocket fired from inside Gaza and directed at Israel has injured an Egyptian woman.
Terrorist groups continued their rocket attacks on southern Israeli communities today, despite Hamas' claims that it would accept an unofficial truce.
But according to reports by the Egyptian news agency MENA, the terrorists misfired and sent a rocket towards Rafah, a residential area in the Sinai close to the border.
A woman was injured and taken to hospital.
Since terrorists killed eight Israelis with a combined attack on three sites last Thursday, more than 100 rockets have been fired into Israel.
Israel has responded by striking military targets over Gaza and a Hamas spokesman said that a member of its Islamic Jihad faction had been killed in an airstrike this morning.
This is thought to be the first instance of a rocket from Gaza landing in a non-desert area of Egypt.
