Disaster relief organisation IsraAid was due in Canada this week to join the international effort to help people fleeing the fire that has engulfed 620 sq m of Alberta province.

Shachar Zahavi, IsraAid's founding director and CEO, said the NGO would send three or four professionals by the end of this week to provide social and psychological support at evacuation centres in Alberta.
