An Israeli man has been stabbed in the West Bank in what is being considered a terrorist attack.
According to preliminary reports, he was stabbed in the back by a Palestinian woman who was subsequently arrested.
it is understood that the attacker is Ruan Abu Mattar, a 22-year-old from the northern West Bank town of Beitillu.
The incident took place near the settlement of Ofra.
