Three men and a teenager have been arrested on suspicion of a series of violent burglaries which targeted Jewish families.
The four were detained as part of Greater Manchester Police’s Operation Resemble following burglaries in north Manchester and Salford.
During the incidents Jewish and Asian families were subjected to threats and violence at home by armed attackers demanding jewellery.
Following an investigation, officers made four arrests in north Manchester and Altrincham this morning. They recovered suspected stolen property.
