A family on holiday in Spain were left terrified after a bird of prey swooped down to attack their daughter and son.
The Yadid family were enjoying a meal in Marbella when a giant Eastern Imperial Eagle dived towards Lulu, 4 and Gabriel, 6.
Nicole Yadid told the Daily Mail her children were playing behind the family's table while they waited for their food to come when the bird attacked.
Luckily for them, Lulu's brother Gabriel looked up to see it coming and was able to move out of its way and pull his sister with him, narrowly avoiding the bird’s path.
Instead of hitting the children, the bird which can have a wing span of 2m, crashed into a window behind them.
The moment after was captured on film by the family's oldest child Isabella, 12.
Mrs Yadid told the Mail: "It was the maddest thing. It was definitely trying to attack the pair of them. It flew right at them at high speed.
"Thank God Gabriel saw it in time and was able to swerve and pull Lulu with him so it hit a window instead of them. Then it was obviously stunned by hitting the glass. It just sat there looking groggy for a while and then started trying to flap its wings but at first not much was happening.
"Eventually it was able to take off but then it was so disoriented it flew back into a window a second time before it was able to finally fly off."
Mrs Yadid, 40, from Mill Hill, north west London, was on holiday with her husband Mark when attack happened two weeks ago.
