Excrement was smeared on the entrance and walls of a north London Orthodox synagogue yesterday.
Images posted to social media on Wednesday show what is apparently faeces smeared on at least two of the building’s external walls and across the entrance buzzer. The name of the synagogue has yet to be released to the public.
Guards of the shul discovered the defacement on Wednesday morning and reported it to CST and the police. The Metropolitan Police attended the scene, and CST has confirmed that it is working closely with the shul.
