The Leeds Jewish charity shop known as the "Harvey Nicks of Moortown" marked its third anniversary this week with cupcakes and "birthday bags". More than 100 people flocked to the Wellfair shop, donating 67 bags of goods.
Wellfair sells clothes, shoes, toys and bric-a-brac in aid of Leeds Jewish Welfare Board.
LJWB chief executive Rebecca Weinberg said the "Harvey Nicks" tag was because of "our reputation for designer labels.
"In these uncertain times, the ability to generate earned income in addition to our usual fundraising activities is critical.
"At the same time, the need for us all to recycle and look at sustainment is increasingly high on the agenda, so the shop has truly been a 'win win' on every level."
Revenue supports LJWB ventures including the Manny Cussins Family Project and Rainbow House, for those with learning disabilities.
To celebrate the birthday, volunteer Suzanne Berson customised the window display in a vintage theme. Ms Berson selects and designs a new theme for the window each week.
Fundraising manager Meirav Sassoon said: "Customers eagerly await the new look each week and our shop window has become the envy of other charity shops in north Leeds."
