International aid charity Tzedek's new chief executive Jude Williams brings to the job exerience in building up an organisation.
Ms Williams will be moving from Jeneration, the Reform Movement's young adult programme, which she has been instrumental in developing.
Originally working with people across the Jewish spectrum, Jeneration recently restructured as a specifically Reform programme with a focus on those in mixed-faith relationships.
After seven years with the Reform Movement, Ms Williams, 41, replaces Dan Berelowitz, who left Tzedek at the end of January to set up his own charity.
She described Tzedek as "an incredible success story. I am really excited about what Tzedek has achieved over the past few years, helping thousands of people in Ghana and India." She would also bring a "passion for social justice and my creative talents" to the role.

Tzedek develops programmes for volunteers in Africa and Asia, offers "micro-grants" for business projects and organises the twinning of Jewish schools with pupils overseas. This year, it is moving out of JHub, the West Hampstead "incubator" offices for start-up Jewish charities.
Chair Steve Miller said Ms Williams stood out from "an extremely strong field of candidates. Her ability to communicate and strategise made her ideal, as well as her creative and enthusiastic approach to our work."
Reform chief executive Ben Rich was pleased to see her taking on a role "so close to Reform's own aims and values".
Ms Williams intends to start at Tzedek by the end of next month.
