On his way to Sante Fe

articlemain

Rabbi Neil Amswych is to leave Bournemouth Reform Synagogue next spring to become minister of Temple Beth Shalom in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

He said that, while looking forward to his new challenge, he was sad “to leave behind so many positive relationships that I’ve formed over the past eight years. There is a great deal of exciting development work in the pipeline so I will have a busy seven months remaining in Bournemouth.”
Shul chair Ron Rosenfeld understood that the Santa Fe job was “a fantastic opportunity for him and his family.
He has had an excellent impact on the Bournemouth community.”

The Movement for Reform Judaism will work with the Bournemouth community to recruit a successor.
