Man on the run after antisemitic charge

articlemain

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man facing charges over an alleged antisemitic incident after he failed to attend a hearing before Salford magistrates.

Dean Parker, 22, from Wythenshawe, was charged with 14 counts of racially aggravated common assault after more than a dozen Jews were sprayed with water from a car driving through Broughton Park in June.

A police spokesperson said: “Clearly it is something we take seriously. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts should call the police.”
