Claudia Winkleman and Vanessa Feltz BBC’s highest paid women

The BBC has published the latest list of its highest-paid stars later as part of its annual report - and controversially the top 12 are all men.

Presenters Claudia Winkleman and Vanessa Feltz remain the BBC’s highest paid women and the only two women in the top 20, according to the corporation’s latest list of its highest earners.

Ms Winkleman enjoyed a 2017-18 income of £370,000- £379,999 (which excludes her Strictly Come Dancing fee), closely followed by Ms Feltz on £330,000- £339,999. New entries on the full list of 42 men and 22 women (earning over £150,000) are Newsnight presenter Emily Maitlis (£220,000- £229,999) and Europe editor Katya Adler (£170,000- £179,999).
