MAL suffered another bitterly disappointing result on Sunday as they slumped to a 60-run defeat against SKLP.

Skipper Gav Lebens won the toss and chose to bowl, and the first half of the SKLP innings went very well for MAL, as Anthony Cowan and Yoav Lebens exerted some control with the new ball.

Lebens was first to strike, Mukund well held in the gully by Gav Lebens. Cowan got the wicket he deserved, trapping aggressive opener Rashil lbw for 32.

Charlie Sherrard and Grant Traub continued the good work, with eight over spells respectively going for 23 and 20 runs.
