Harold Grinspoon, the American philanthropist behind PJ Library, has joined the elite Giving Pledge group, who have pledged to give at least half their wealth away. Parents of young children in a number of countries, including the UK, can receive a free Jewish book from PJ every month. Mr Grinspoon, 85, told PRNewswire, he was giving away most of his assets to support "Jewish living and learning".
