Defending champions MAL picked up maximum points after claiming an easy win over Chigwell.
With bonus points almost as crucial as a win in this Maccabi Sunday League clash, Chigwell won the toss and elected to bat.
Given the amount of rain during the week it was no surprise that the outfield felt heavy, but the pitch was dry and hard.
Yoav Lebens and Tony Wise bowled well with the new ball, picking up two wickets each within the first nine overs, to leave Chigwell 28-4 and struggling.
They were supported well in the field by some good catching from Mark Landau and Gav Lebens. The 4th wicket brought Danny Myers in to join Lloyd Duddridge, and they set about rebuilding the innings, taking the score to 89 before Yoni Fidler's hostility broke the partnership, aided by a cracking catch by Yoav Lebens.
With Levi bowling well but unable to bring too much pressure to bear, and Schwartz being very erratic, runs were soon flowing.
The 6th wicket soon fell as Grant Traub bowled Duddridge for an obdurate 32. Cohen showed some late resistance with some lower order slogging for 20 but he too fell to Grant Traub, to another excellent catch by Yoav Lebens.
There was time for debutant Marc Mer to pick up the final wicket, another good catch held by Wise, as Chigwell were dismissed for 143 in the 38th over.
MAL knew that they needed to reach the target in 24 overs to pick up maximum batting points.

Unsdorfer was joined by Yoav Lebens and both were soon into their stride. Though Unsdorfer had started slowly, his innings came to life spectacularly, with a big straight six off Murray, and boundaries began to flow with regularity. There was one more huge six from Unsdorfer before he was caught for 48 from 48 balls.
Liad Shababo came and went for 4, but Yoav Lebens and Avi Nejad took MAL calmly to the target, in just 20 overs, ensuring they picked up maximum points from the encounter.
Downsiders beat Old Paulines by six wickets. Player-chairman Robert Silverstone (5-49) was the chief tormentor as OP were dismissed for 143. Sam Parton chipped in with 3-17. Mikey Tilles (31) steered Downsiders home as they finished on 147-4.
