Jesse Levine’s run ended at the second round stage as he was elimated by David Goffin in the Men’s singles.

In the Ladies Singles, Italy’s Camila Giorgi progressed to the fourth round before she was well beaten by third seed Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland.

Scott Lipsky was the most successful Jewish player at this year's Championships. Together with Rajeev Ram, he reached the quarter-finals of the Men's doubles competition where they went down to brothers, Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan.

The 2011 French Open winners went down in a five-set thriller against the second seeds - 7-5, 3-6, 7-5, 4-6, 4-6.
