Haroldeans boss Ivan Gee has warned his side’s MJSL title rivals they face a fierce fight to knock the Merseysiders off their perch.

Gee’s men, who face Republic of Mancunia 1st on Sunday, have won all four of their league games so far this season and sit top of the table following last week’s 3-1 win over Oakhill.

Bobby Abrams, Josh Silverberg and James Harris were all on target as Haroldeans took their goal tally for the season to a staggering 22.

“We’re at the top of the table and that’s where we’re intending to stay,” said Gee.
