Weinberger late show earns MLFC deserved point against champions

Max Kyte believes MLFC Blue deserved to beat defending champions Hendon United Sports following a gripping MGBSFL Premier Division contest which finished 2-2, thanks to a last-gasp effort from super-sub Benji Weinberger.

This was a really great game to watch with both sides playing the game at a good tempo and battling for everything from the first minute until the last.

Hendon took the lead when a clearance from MLFC goalkeeper Nathan Bloohn rebounded off Hendon striker Dovi Fehler and trickled over the line.
