Israeli midfielder Yossi Benayoun cut a frustrated figure after Liverpool slipped to third in the Premier League following Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw at Wigan.

Benayoun, 28, claimed his second goal of the season with a brilliant finish from an acute angle to put the Reds ahead after 41 minutes.
