GLENTHORNE UNITED A
The Thornes mopped up last season as they were crowned second division champions with Daniel Lipman winning the top player award. Lipman, who will lead the team on his own this season, is targeting "a third consecutive promotion as well as two good cup runs".
The team comes with the promise of "flowing football, great wing play and loads of goals," according to Lipman. Transfers have been kept to a minimum, with Lipman's ethos: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Craig Mervish will captain the team with Gary Tiller and Bradley Grant the "ones to watch".
REDBRIDGE C
New manager Daniel Gordon believes that fans will get value for money when watching Redbridge this season. "We've got a very solid and experienced side with some great youth involved," he said.
A handful of new signings have come in, including Brad Porter, Josh Henderson and Doron Weinstein. Gordon will spearhead a strikeforce also featuring James Ryan and Greg Bookman.
CAMDEN PARK
It's been all change at Camden with the old guard of manager Justin Rockberger and keeper Phil Caplin retiring. New boss Josh Marks is confident that his team can bounce straight back following relegation last season.
"The priority is to make sure we can get our strongest team out consistently and then hopefully be in the mix," said Marks.
Star man Luke Brookner has also departed while Will 'the Monk' Castle will take over between the sticks in a team captained by Max Saunders.
FAITHFOLD B
The Greens pride themselves on giving youth a chance and manager Rob Shooman remains quietly confident about the hopes of his squad that has been bolstered over the summer.
FC TEAM B
Ben Simon's troops have endured a tough couple of seasons but the manager believes his team is capable of "achieving a mid-table finish with our new signings and push on from there".
Adam Goldsmith, James Milman and Ricky Shafer have joined the ranks while Simon Buchler has departed.
HENDON UNITED SC B
Motty Korman, recently installed as manager of the Hornets, expects the Reds to be "pushing for promotion". Long-serving keeper Nicky Rosenthal has departed but Korman is confident that the team, captained by Tali Nevies, will score lots of goals.
Watch out for Josh Aziz and Chanania Engelsman while much is expected from Ari Nevies and new No. 1 Arthur Caplin, who Korman believes "is only going to get better".
L'EQUIPE
Key trio Joey Kolirin, Jason Miller and Paul Rubenstein have joined Temple Fortune A leaving David Prager, the new L'Equipe manager, with a tough job on his hands. He said: "Promotion is obviously our target but we'll be taking each game as they come."
Prager believes that Glenthorne "will be hard to stop if they can carry their momentum into this season".
Much is expected from new signing Ollie Kay while the club are on the look-out for an experienced goalkeeper.
LONDON MACCABI LIONS B
Bouncebackability is the name of the game for Jamie Kyte's men who went down last season. "Ideally we want to be pushing for a top three finish," Kyte said. "However for that to happen, we need to make some new signings, especially a regular keeper."
With Ryan Springer returning to the club, Kyte is confident the team, captained by Will Beresford, can return to the first division at the first time of asking. James Gold has been tipped to challenge for the Golden Boot.
NORSTAR B
The Stars are targeting yet another promotion although manager Jonny Bunt believes that goal will be harder than ever this season.
Bunt said: "It would be great to win something and shake off our nearly men tag. We don't expect anything in the cups, apart from the opportunity to impress some Premier League sides."
Daniel Caplan and Jonny Sacker have joined from L'Equipe while the pace of Jono Gaon will test defences. He finished as top-scorer in the Watford Friendly League last season.
Keeper Ian Weinstein will add security between the sticks, while they have held on to Jonny Evans in reserve.
Josh Green has returned to Norstar's A team while captain Adam Sandzer and midfield anchorman Paul Wolfson will play a limited role.
● Faithfold C, led by David Garson, the league's longest-serving manager, complete the division.
